1. Made-To-Order Terms
Made-to-Order: The One Piece Solution products are made-to-order. Your pre-order will be developed specifically for the camera model and tethering option you select.
Estimated Delivery: The estimated delivery date for your pre-order will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change.
2. Payment
Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. This secures your place in the production queue.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
3. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to Order: Once a pre-order is placed, no changes can be made to the selected camera model or other options.
Cancellations: Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted, and the sale is considered final.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery dates, there may be unforeseen delays in production or shipping. We will keep you informed of any changes to your delivery schedule.
5. Returns and Refunds
No Returns or Refunds: As each product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds after the 24-hour cancellation period has passed. All sales are final.
6. Liability
Product Use: The One Piece Solution is designed for specific camera models and tethering options. We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the improper use of the product.
Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a broken product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will work with you to repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost. Please understand 3d printed Products of this kind may have minor cosmetic flaws.

Returns and Repairs
Deductible for Repairs and Color Changes: Customers can send in their unit at any time for a $79.99 deductible, covering broken or damaged items and requests for new colors. This allows you to keep your device looking and functioning at its best without the need for a complete replacement.
